The tech the last 2 times we been here which was in the last month was slow as hell. Came back today to get a tire put on, he put it on backwards had to take it back off, taking even longer and they broke the window off my hatch, smh off the hinges when they went to put the a spare in the back. I won't keep coming back here to incompetent workers. I'll try the Grape Rd. One next but if they fuck up I ain't coming back to Discount Tire period!

Very unhappy with my visit today. I made an appointment this morning for 3:00 pm. Drove 60+ miles, called 5 times to confrim my apt with no answer. I arived on time, waited 30+minutes. Had to stop and ask an employee if I needed to check in since I made a appointment for 30 minutes ago. They acted like it was a surprise. So finally when I meet with a sales associate, I found out they don't have the tire size I need. 245/70/16. Even the optional sizes were a terrible selection. I understand they were very busy in all.
