On Friday, November 9th I was running errands when I got a Low Tire Pressure message on my dashboard. I pulled into DT and Austin took care of the problem in less then 5 minutes, no questions asked, no charge!! Thanks DT!! Austin was professional, efficient, and very courteous!!
We are very unhappy with their customer service or the performance of our tires. We bought tires from Discount Tire 35,000 miles ago with a 65,000 mile warranty. We went in for a rotation and were told they are unsafe and need to be replaced. They could not rotate them as they were worn out. All tires wore out evenly (within 1/32). Discount Tire won't stand behind their warranty on $1,000 tires.
I was going out of town and I just thought I needed a simple fix. So I pull into DT and Aaron and Buddy helped me right away. Fast and fantastic service. Thanks guys your wonderful!
