Scheduled an appointment online to get a repair for a tire, they asked multiple times about me getting new tires, explained I was on my lunch break and only needed my tire repaired because something was causing a slow leak. Asked to give me a quote for new tires, I politely declined. Asked if I paid for the replacement warranty when I got my tires from them, I asked if they could look it up, they said they had a new system so that was never looked up.
