On my way to Michigan when tire was punctured. Available appointment that day, arrived early for repair and was serviced immediately. Entire chain of staff was prompt, proficient, and professional. You don't achieve that level of consistency without excellent management.
Overall my first time experience wasn’t the worst for a tire shop but it could have been better. I ordered my tires in advance, still waited over 2.5 hrs to have installed after there call to tell me to come in and get them put on. Before leaving, I told him that the tire light was still on. He told me to drive it around for a while and the light would go out. However, three days later the light is still on. Now to take extra time from my day to go get it addressed again . Tesla Owners: Bring your car to Wayne, he did a phenomenal job. I did some camber work to my Model S Plaid and Wayne got my specs dialed in on the alignment machine. Tesla Service Centers wont touch aftermarket work, so this place is a lifesaver.
