Worst ever!!! If you tell someone a time you need to deliver in that time! I have called and emailed your corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous!
Made an appointment online chose the in stock tires and the warranty. Got there 15 minutes before the appointment as they requested. Alex got me in quick and Allen got my tires on and had the car out in less than 45 minutes ♥ it. Excellent customer service and good attitudes even on a 100 degree day in Austin. The competitive prices and great customer service at Discount Tire made for a positive experience again.
Great bunch of guys at this store - didn't try to up-sell me and were super nice. Guys were humpin' it hard this morining - place was packed when I got there and they got me out the door in an hour just as "promised". As much as my bank account is whining right now, got a fair deal and great service.
The staff was awesome and very efficient! I am a driver for Uber and was given a GREAT DEAL ON AWESOME TIRES! Will DEFINITELY come back to the 183 location with Derek!!!
