I'm not sure if this affects all the stores but I went to the Plymouth store off of county road 6. I would have given a higher rating, but several issues came up during my tire installation on my Jeep: 1. Manual transmission mishandled – Whoever drove my Jeep into the bay clearly did not know how to operate a manual transmission. My clutch smelled burnt afterward, which tells me there was some damage done. Shops should confirm whether a vehicle is manual or automatic and assign staff accordingly. 2. Outstanding! We had a nail in one of our tires and they fixed it for free!! Nathan, very friendly and helpful, offered some advice on the state of our tires and we don’t need new ones yet but because of this helpful experience we’ll be back.
I shared them on the survey I did also replace my back wiper....thankful the man told me it needed to be.
Started coming to this location for my tire rotations as the discount tire I originally bought them from is further away. After coming a few times I have experienced incompetence and poor service. They sent me home with the wrong size wiper blade installed (literally got stuck at the top of the window) and didn’t put back the damper on my glove box after getting a new filter put in (I found it laying on my seat after the appointment, my glove box literally fell open).
