I went to the store because of an alert to check my tire pressure monitoring system (usually caused by a bad tire pressure monitoring sensor) and figured I'd only get a rotation and balance while my vehicle was there. Unfortunately the rotation and balance was the only thing checked on and the worker didn't even check the alarm, in fact he said I didn't mention it. The only reason I visited this store is because it's close to my job. I felt so useless that I had to leave this review.
