Today, Discount Tire lost a customer. The great customer service has kept me coming to Discount Tire for years but today was my last visit. Discount Tire did little to right their wrong!
We picked up a nail in front tire and immediately went to Discount Tire. It was 4:30 and they were busily wrapping up their day. Without hesitation they got us in, fixed the tire and sent us on our way within twenty minutes and at no charge. Now THAT is a positively memorable experience!!!
Took me in at the last minute. Fixed my flat. Incredibly nice crew!
