I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me yesterday but he went above and beyond to do everything he could to make our experience there great. I had a nail in my tire. My teenage son who was with me has a broken ankle and just really didn’t want to be there. This employee made sure he got to our vehicle quickly and did way more than he had to to make myself and my son comfortable while we waited. Will definitely be getting my next set of tires from this location. Very impressed. Thanks from this busy single Mom!
Always liked them...until they refused to fix a tire because the wear pattern indicated there was a problem with the suspension. As far as I am concerned, I bought the tires there I don't want it replaced, just plug the hole. I also feel that the same answer wouldn't have been given if I'd have taken the tire in instead of my son. Unfortunately I have to work so I can afford things like new tires, which I will now purchase from someone other than discount tire.

Personally, I have never had anything but good experience with this branch. This is my preferred store in Conroe and the guys are always on point and ready to help out.
