I needed tired badly they were so quick and accommodating.
Thank you for checking my tire pressure and filling the low ones. I had warning message on my year old Rogue and needed to drive to Denver. I have just recovered from 5 weeks of flu, didn’t trust myself to do it alone, no time to get to the dealership. Hate getting older! Anyway, they did it immediately, no charge, very courteous. I had a flat right as I was pulling out of Sam's and into this parking lot, Discount Tires, where I bought my tires and have a lifetime road hazard warranty. How good is that? They fixed it in less than 30 minutes. No charge, no having to change a tire in 99° heat. Thanks, Jake!
Bryce and the guys are always willing to help with a smile. Not only are the tires fairly priced, but the free services save me a good bit of money. The location, close to several stores, gives several options for diversion in lieu of waiting. If you choose to wait though, the lounge is clean and coffee endless. I highly recommend Discount Tire in general and this location in particular!

Honestly I am SO surprised with this company. I had a pretty bad experience at one point , BUT Kirk called me today and completely fixed the whole situation. I've never felt like a company actually cares, until now. Just the fact that he took the time out of his day to call me and go over the situation at hand was amazing. A friend had these guys do tires for him a couple weeks ago and today we're trying to do the brakes, however the guys at discount tires put the lug nuts on so tight we just snapped the hex head off. Who the heck does that to a person's vehicle? It looks like a new hub will need to be put in, once we can figure out how to extract the rest of the lug nut. I still can't believe a shop would torque things down this much.
