Don't bother making an appointment. You will still have to wait in line like everyone else. They make no distinction. I had an appt. with the exact tire I needed, still had to wait for 1.5 hours. No wifi either.
I have bought from Discount Tires for years. Haven't even thought of going anywhere else. They always exceed my expectations every time. Kudos to all of you. (y)
It was good service and i was waiting for abt 1 half hrs. It kind busy out there cuz snow will coming soon. Get ready for new tires or etc. Be safe everyone.
Was told it would be a 3 hour wait. 3 hours later was too in would be 30 more min going on 4 hours now. John and mike keep lying to me. This place blows
It was pretty busy but I think they should have more help . I like Discount tire usually. Yesterday was not the. Best! The one in Grand Junction seemed a lot more organized. That being said I still really like the staff. Just hire more winter help please!!!
I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires. Always good people, good prices and good service.
I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who talked me into the set of Pirelli tires I bought in December. They are worth every penny. I work in an emergency department so I never get a snow day. After driving around through two major snowstorms, I have to say that they are hands down the best tires my car has had in the thirteen years I've driven it. And I was in and out quickly on a very busy day. Thanks for never steering me wrong!
