I came into Discount Tire with my wheelchair bound son and the staff was wonderful. When my son was running into chairs driving in the waiting room, a counter guy just laughed and said don't worry about it. When they were done rotating the tires on my lift van, the employee moved a cone and parked it where I can easily load my son onto the lift. This kind of service made my day!
The people that work at the Lansing (market place) store give pleasant helpful advice and professional service. I had to wait quite a while but it was worth it. I believe this place is tops in putting the customer first.
I had went in to get my tires unmounted from summer, and get my winter tires re-mounted, and being that my winter tires are directional, one of the newer guy's who was doing the work didn't catch it when he had mounted the tire to rim. So I was thankful when one of the more experienced guy's pointed out to him to be watchful of the the tread going backwards, which one tire was, so great catch!! Saved the tire, and from me loosing my cool over such a mistake.
I like pulling in, get waited on, no hassel. Then out and on my way. Great work, great service ! Thanks !
