If it wasn't for the free rotations I'd save myself a 4 hour wait everytime and just do it myself
Started of well. Great rep and price was even more great. Was quoted a 1 hour total wait time (including service time). Because of this time quote I waited. Well 1 hour and 15 minutes later my car is still sitting. I have watched 3 cars who came after me be serviced. WTF!

I went in to get 4 new tires. I had good service from Bob, the salesman, however I was disappointed in the anticipated wait time I was given. I was told it would be about 45 minutes; after 40 minutes my car had not even been moved into the bay. When I asked Bob I was told mine would be next after another vehicle that had an appointment. ? We made an unexpected stop here after we blew a tire on our horse trailer on I-96. Steve and his team took great care of us, taking the time to explain the lifecycle of trailer tires and treating us like family. We were allowed to unload our horses while we waited for service, which gave our horses a break from the trailer and provided an opportunity for horse encounters for a number of children. We were sent on our way with a much safer trailer and some cold Gatorade for the road. Highly recommend this store!
