I bring my car in for a patch on the center of a perfectly good tire and am kind enough to buy new front tires from these guys and when I come to pick it up they tell me rear tire can't be fixed and the didn't even want to try now I wish I would have never bought tires from these guys now I have to go to some place else that's got the balls to patch my tire guarantee Pakard in the bluff will patch this tire.
I've had nothing but great service at this location. Today I bought in a tire with a nail in it and they fixed it free of charge. This was a tire I bought at the dealership!
I had an appointment for 2pm and arrived at 1:55. No one even acknowledged my presence until 2:10. They tried to play the fear card and tell me my tires were unsafe to drive on with my daughter (who was with me) in the car. That I would have a blow out at any time. That the “safest route” would be to purchase 4 new wheels and at least 3 new tires. After 2nd and 3rd opinions from other shops- the tires were in perfect condition.
After spending... 2 1/2 hours.... on waiting for 4 tires at Walmart....ONLY to be told they only had 3 tires...WE ended up going to Discount Tires and received much better service, cheaper price and all 4 tires were put on without no problems. Very Happy With Discount Tires!
After they took about 2 1\2 hrs my tire pressure light didn't go off went later on that same day now you tell me well 2 of your sensors not working gee thanks a lot well fix it for 60 dollars screw u never again I'll go there
