All locations that I have been to have helped me and have gone above and beyond with a smile on their faces the whole time. I will always come to them and recommend them to everyone! I have been bringing my cars here for years!! I dont know how you choose or train your staff but I need some of them at my hotel! LOL!

Update as of 6/29/20: James Coleman, Manager at the location addressed all of my concerns and issues to satisfactory conclusion. My vehicle is driving completely fine, with no issues to report. Mr. Coleman was very prompt and courteous to me my entire visit as well as my subsequent follow-up visit, and he insured that I did not leave the location with a vehicle that was not fit for the road. Didn't wait long at all. Needed all four new tires- salesperson Jonathan Lopez sold me what I found online. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will always keep going back to Discount Tires!
