Just wanted to say thank you to everybody working today (8/1/16)! I was "that guy" who pulled up 4 minutes to close with a tire that needed repair and you didn't hesitate to help me. Been doing business with this location for quite sometime and would be hard pressed to change! You guys are awesome!
Incredibly fast service. Ralph helped me this morning and determined I needed a new tire ordered because a screw was in my sidewall. He got the tire ordered and thanked me for my patience. One of the worst tire places I have been too for one they call themselves a tire store but don't even have an alignment rack to align your car so even if you did get raped for new tires here they'll ride and wear all wrong so you'll have to come but a new set! I've been a loyal customer for many years and each time I go in, these guys raise the bar even higher. Slid on black ice and hit a median tonight coming home from work. Called them from the road & they said to bring the car right in. They inspected my wheel, made sure it was safe to drive and got me back on the road home in minutes. (NO charge!!)
