Discount tire is the best!! I bought tires last night online to get the sale $110 off Cooper’s…earliest I could schedule an install online was Dec 15th…they called me at 8:30 this morning and said my tires were there and they could get me right in! By 10am I was picking up my vehicle!I just love that crew up there and their outstanding customer service!!
Purchased tires from here and have come in three times this week and still can not get them rotated. Was told today they are booked until after the new year. But that I should keep coming by to try and get in. Called before I came and they said there was no wait come in and now they are booked all day but if i wait maybe three hours they could get to me. Wow! I had an excellent experience today. I had a 12pm appt for a set of new tires. I got there about 11:40am. The place was packed! I had never been there before. 7-8 ppl waiting in line and another 7-8 waiting in chairs. Afyer about 5 mins the mgr saw this and came out and checked in the ppl in line with his cell phone.
