Had a flat last week. Took it into a Discount Tire in West Chester where they told me all my tires were bad (I knew this) because it’s all wheel drive Range Rover they didn’t recommend doing only one tire. I decided to replace all 4 and they gave us a military discount. Put on 4 new tires and had me on my way in an hour. My truck rims got damaged at your shop. They damaged 2 of them, general manager said he would replace them. I have contacted my lawyer. He has documented this event. If they are not replaced, at no charge. He will file a case against your company for damages and time lost. I had to take my truck back four times in one day for bad service due to your mistakes. Discount Tire is the only place I will be going from now on! Dave Barnhart gave me a great deal on a new set of tires and Sam Armstrong mounted and balanced them with the utmost care. If you’re in the market for a new set of wheels or tires then these are the guys you need to go see!
Dave was such a huge help to me! He helped me pick out tires for the new wheels that I wanted which turned out perfectly! The customer service was phenomenal when I was in the store and everytime I called. I will never go anywhere else!
