I didn't have a problem with the tire I bought today or any tire that I have bought from the store, but I would say that the service that I got today was a little spotty. The attitude that I got from the guy writing up my service was questionable. I did ask him to replace my wheel covers with ones I bought while they were doing the tire rotation, he said he would, but didn't and did not offer a reason why. Definitely not 5 stars this time around
