Only place I’ve taken my car for tires for years, and have never been disappointed. Great prices and great customer service!
John and Sam were both very helpful. John even explained the handling of the replacement tires (4) would be different from originals as they were different kind. All the employees were pleasant and courteous with their customers. Only reason I didn't give them a five star was I'm a new customer but wasn't offered an upgrade for same cost as stated in a previous review. Date of my purchase was November 14, 2017.
Got great customer service today (10/26/2017). The team there really seems to actually care about the customer. Caleb was the one that waited on me and made good recommendations on my tire choice and was able to negotiate a price for my tires.
I purchased 5 new tires and 5 new wheels when I put a lift kit on my Jeep. They had the best prices on the tires I wanted, the best prices on the wheels I wanted, and by far, the best warranty. Had my first rotation done today, and noticed a chunk out of the center cap on my spare Mickey Thompson classic III wheels. No problem at all. They ordered a replacement under warranty. These guys are great! I will NEVER buy tires or wheels anywhere else.
The staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road after I blew out two tires on my 5th wheel camper. Thank You Matt. You guys are SUPER....
Broke the lug nut off my car and couldn't fix it. I had to take it somewhere else and bring it back. They brought the car around to me with a flat. How do you balance a tire with flat. Plus wouldn't that be horrible for the tire from the get go?
My appointment was at 8:30 am to get four tires mounted and balanced. I was out of there before 9:15...all done. Courteous staff provided an expeditious visit. Price per tire was within $3.00 of Tire Rack and I didn't have to deal with mail order.
