I had a small leak in my left front tire. A small nail on the inside wall was the culprit. They checked all my tires for me and repaired the leak at no charge. I have been a customer for years and will continue to choose this location because of their honesty, quality of work, exceptional service and they have good prices to boot. Thank you gentlemen - I have such respect for each one of you. One happy lady that has peace of mind. I'll see you around mid-Summer for a new set of wheels
WOW! I never write reviews but these guys deserve it. I was greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake, they fixed my flat tire for FREE, and to top it off they didn't even try to sell me anything- just encouraged me to come back when I need tires.. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Needless to say, I will definitely be back!
Seriously, one of the best business models in today's world. Jon took great care of me today, even though I came dragging in near the end of the day. Ridiculously skilled, professional, and nice. Great tunes in the waiting room too!
I want to thank you guys for going above and beyond in dealing with my tire issue yesterday. I've been a loyal customer for 15-20 years and always been very pleased, but yesterday I had gotten screwed over by my Honda dealership and Discount Tire completely remedied the situation for me. I posted the situation on my FB page and was amazed at all the positive comments. Discount Tire is truly one of the best companies that I know of...actually makes me excited about tires!
While I was in Dallas visiting relatives I decided to see if I could find new tires for BMW. I had been frustrated in my search because of the special size, and the need for special equipment to handle run flat tires. On the advice of family I called the Grapevine Mills Circle Discount Tire store. They found the tires, and installed them at a good price. Service was excellent. Thanks, I’ll see you next time.
