My experience here was above and beyond amazing. I came in to get a tire patched before I go on my once a year road trip to visit my family (11hr drive). Was caught off guard by the fact that my tire was unrepairable. This was devastating to me considering that i had just bought 1 tire the week before and funds were a little tight. On my way to work at 6am my tire blew. I parked and got a ride to work afterwards get back to car and find out spare is no good. Sister and I get tire off and go to purchase new. JC said hello it was hr till closing and busy i explained my situation he gave me options I could afford. I have wheels locks on my truck the service guy went into the amd got the key. Didnt fix the my tires left the lug nuts loose and keep my lock key.
Really solid customer service. I've used this location for three different cars, and have never left disappointed. I will usually schedule an appointment in advance, which has always been honored in a timely manner. When I've had unscheduled visits, they have done a solid job with getting me out of there within an acceptable timeframe. I have been coming to this Discount Tire four years with two cars always had a great experience gifts from a very hard-working I get alerts for free tire pressure check the wait here is terrible I pulled in right away they said I'll just be a minute and just been sitting here in 10-15 minutes so nobody help me out very bad service today I don't know what's going on here customer service should be better
I will never go anywhere else for tires, the guys at Discount Tires are always so friendly, honest and helpful! I got tires a couple of months and can't express how great their service is! The gentleman I worked with was straightforward about pricing, what different brands would meet my needs and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need. PLUS, I was meeting a friend next door at Blue Goose and when my car was done, they drove it over and hand delivered me the keys. Above and beyond!
I visited yesterday and JC Cheatham assisted me. I had a great experience. He was nice, knowledgeable, very helpful and forthcoming. He provided me with details that will help me when making future decisions about my tires. I only walked in to get two tires fixed, and I walked out knowing that I would return to this very center and look for Mr. Cheatham. Thank you!
