Outstanding customer service and workmanship. I had to order a non-stock size tire for my older Camaro and Josh, Paul, and all the others I dealt with (appologize for forgetting some names) were very helpful and professional. I was in with my husband to have them change out his news rims and a gentleman have him a quote of $73, we forgot the lug nuts at home so went to get them and when we got back a different gentlemen helped us and told us they can't do it for the previous quote given and it would come to $123. The gentleman who gave us the $73 quote just stood there and acted like he had nothing to do with it and tried to say didn't someone else give you a quote first? Brian runs a tight ship and a really good crew at this location, when he has a day off beware of the assistance manager Jimmy he has a way of being rude and talking down to you, thank god for les swab doing a flat repair because of bad service from jimmy and this is not the first time he has been rude and getting up in customers face, so when he says it's his store and leave but every action deserves a reaction and this is why I'm still waiting after 2mo for broken caps that I will turn intoy insurance company if not taken c... read more
above and beyond! Americas tire and Shawn went way out of their way today. After dropping in because I found a tack in my tire Shawn grew very concerned at the condition of my tires. Money has been tight and with the holiday and my sons wedding coming up I was in no financial position to buy the 4 new tires he said I needed. I had my 2 grandsons ages 3 and 7 mos. with me as well as my daughter in law. I could not afford he tires needed.
