Fantastic experience! Brian was great at helping me throughout the whole process of custom ordering tires and handling install. Also provided a free loaner tire until the order came in as my run flat side walls were destroyed. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Same tires were quoted 30% (!) Higher at sears. Great value.
My first experience with Discount Tire in Vancouver, WA was as good as my first Discount Tire visit in Vista, CA. I had a low tire pressure warning light and arrived without an appointment at 8AM. I was immediately greeted and helped, free tire repair and rotation (even though I did not have DT tires) and advice on current tire status. Was able to get to work on time in Portland, thanks to these folks. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires there based on these experiences. Thank you!
