Spent an hr waiting for an alignment to get done and they never even started on it. Said they didn't want to cuz there was some things wrong with my front end. I knew all this but didn't matter I needed the alignment. Was too mad to wait another hr without any results

I recently posted about my flat tire experience and said I was feeling annoyed.So I woke up this morning to a message from the store owner asking me what they could of done to help me.Let me just say I WAS NOT ANNOYED AT THEM! Absolutely love this store! I have taken my lawn mower tire in there several times ( yes I'm hard on my lawn mower) and they fix it and have never charged me. So when I needed new tires I went to them. Best service I've ever had. I apologize to them for not making that clear.

Best customer service I've found anywhere on auto service of any kind. The owner is involved, his crew is great. Everyone cares about providing top notch service.
I went to buy one single tire and left with four new wheels. Great customer service and a offer I couldn't refuse. The Senior Assistant manager Devin Kendall has great skills that I felt great to spend my money. Way to go Devin! You should have your own store so you can teach other workers how to do it like you do it
Overall, BEST service I have ever recieved. The gentlemen behind the counter never stopped to impress me from being very well mannered, to rushing to the door to offer assistance to the elderly and disabled. After replacing some tires, my car feels like its been given new life! I was sooo impressed, I immediately called my best friends and told them this is the place to go for tire replacements new or used. Keep up the great work!
