I had a leveling lift put on my 2014 Chevy Silverado and it looked amazing, so when I got my 2016 Z71 I came back to DTS to have it done. The guys are great and very professional and friendly.
My husband and I stopped to help a young girl change her tire Friday afternoon. Her spare was broken so we called Discount Tire in Durant to see if the had a spare tire. They sent someone over to fill up her tire so she could drive to the store. My husband and I had a feeling she could not afford a new tire so we offered to pay for it. The owner (Henry) called us about 30 minutes later- instead of getting a credit card number from us he called to let us know he GAVE this young woman new tires. Thank you so much!!! I am really impressed with these guys! I had a 9 am appointment and I went in knowing it could take a while. I had to be at work at noon so the owner gave me a ride to work! Very good customer service. They will only perform alignments if the front end is in good condition and they made sure to check all the parts I asked them to even thought they didn't necessarily need to!
