Very Rude! Every time I Came It Would Take 5-8 Min For Them To Attended Me When They Are Just Talking upon Each Other!! Asked For A Time On How Long It Will Take And Ended Tell Me "You Have To Wait Like The Rest Of Them" and Walked Away!! They Didn't greet Me Properly And They Didn't Do The Job Right!! I Had To Leave And Do It At Another Discount Tire Down��

These people are so friendly and professional and just very pleasant to deal with. Their lobby is comfortable and clean while you wait with some Christian music playing and the wait is never long, especially when you can make an appointment!! They are honest and trustworthy! I will never go anywhere else for tires!

I've been doing business with the Cooper St location for several years now and these guys are great. Always professional and friendly. I used to get my tires from Firestone and was replacing them about every 3 to 4 months due to tread separation and always prorated even with the warranty that they never honored for one reason or another. I will always go to Discount tires from now on. Even their cheapest tires last forever and I've never had to use the warranty because the tires are just that good. I love these folks. They're fast, they're fair, and have always taken care of any problem I've ever had. Okay, they're more than fair. Who else fixes nails and flats for free? All they ask is that you return when you need tires. I never go anywhere else for tires anyway. Their service can't be beat, so why would I even consider it? Just don't be a complete cheapo. Tip your tire guy. He (or she) deserves it.
