We have found Discount Tire in general to be great to work with. The Cooper street location staff is always courteous, quick even when issues arise. This is the place to get good tires at a fair price and good service.

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and service I received this morning!! The entire staff was welcoming and willing to help. I had a screw in my tire and had been told that my tire wasn't repairable by a competitor. Discount looked to see if they carried my tire , but in addition to see if it was repairable. GUESS WHAT, it was ! At no cost ! God is good ! I have always been a discount auto customer and this experience shows why �
I found the nearest Discount Tire and felt my heart sink as I saw there were so many people in the waiting room. No way they would help me. I only had 20 minutes before I had to go pick up my daughter. I decided to try anyway. I waited just a couple of minutes before an employee asked how he could help. I told him my problem and he said, "Let's go take a quick look." After examining the nearly flat tire, he told me to pull into a bay. He said it might just be a temporary fix.
