***** just repaired our leaking gutter. He was pleasant and efficient and guaranteed his work. We were impressed with his integrity because he could have diagnosed a larger issue. He said it was a small fix and he was able to accomplish it immediately; we are very happy with his honesty and sincere desire to do a good job. Discount Roofing & Siding Inc. worked on my parents' roof, and I was their translator because my parents didn't speak good of English. I called Shane and, we set a date for the first visit. Shane emailed me all the details and estimate was being processed. After the first initial estimate was processed to the homeowner insurance, it was denied the full estimate. A neighbor recommended Discount Roofing & Siding to me. Within a day of requesting an estimate, Shane showed up and explained everything to me. He alerted me to the possible invalidation of my gutter guards warranty. As it turned out, I no longer had a warranty with the gutter guards, and Shane said the work crew would take proper care of the gutter guards. Discount Roofing and Siding is by far the best roofing company in the business. They replaced my roof in August 2021 just prior to Hurricane IDA. I had several issues which they both Mike and Shane tackled and resolved. Shane worked with my insurance company to insure sure every item on my claim was covered and addressed.
