We had Bryce at Discount Roofing inspect our 9 year old roof. He provided us with a detailed report with photos and an estimate for needed maintenance and repairs. When the work was completed, he provided photos showing the repairs he made. We highly recommend his services!

They documented the necessary repairs clearly in the estimate and performed the work exactly as promised. Communication was timely throughout the process, and the final invoice even included pictures of the completed work, making everything easy to see and understand. A truly seamless experience!
We are selling our house, and a few roofing items were identified to be addressed. Initially talked to Nick Holmans who got thing rolling quickly. One the key people, Silvio, came out and did a review. He even helped find an exhaust pipe the inspector missed but question as existing. Silvio then showed up the next day with a team, addressed all the issues, took pictures so we could document everything for the closing. Thanks again to Discount Roofing and the team for the quick work and the documentation for the closing.
