I am sorry to say they are not trustworthy. 2 months ago they brought me some firewood, around half a load, maybe more than half. I just gave them full payment since it was easier for me and I prefer to trust. After exchanging no fewer than 10 communications with them, and them either promising action or not returning the communication they still have not refunded my money or brought the wood.
