Jeremy at Discount Plumbing went above and beyond in his customer service, educating me on the issue with our shower having foul odor in the drain and how to treat the problem now and in the future. Because he didn't need to snake the drain, we were not charged for his visit to our home in Oakdale, CA. Tyler D. arrived on time to do my free water heater flush. He was very congenial & thorough. He also went under my house to inspect my pipes. I was pleased with his professionalism. I have used Discount Plumbing several times over the years & find them to be fair and, importantly, on time!
