Great Store! Great Staff! This store is such a treasure! I have found that they have so much music to choose from and if they don't have what I want they are happy to order it for me. The staff was so helpful and friendly...I loved it! They had great music playing and everyone seemed so happy! There was another customer there that told me she had been coming there for 20 years or more and had always loved it! I'm glad I found it! I come from back east where a good music store is few and far between!

Five Stars for SURE! This store in under new management with hard working employees that help you as soon as you walk in the door. They are friendly and happy. I worked at bountiful music and I know for a fact that the social security information is kept secure and under lock and key. They have recently installed a security system so no need to worry about personal information. You are more likely to have identity theft while buying online. I would give no stars if I could. This store has the potential to be so great, but it is too unprofessional. Social security numbers are required to rent instruments, and they are all kept in an insecure environment. The management is iffy, but most of the employees try their best. I still would suggest just buying online- it's cheaper, more reliable, and you're not supporting a badly-run business.

Good store This is a great little store and the staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. They have tons and tons of sheet music for instruments but not so much choir music. They rent musical instruments there and they have a cute little room in back for recitals.
