These guys are kinda jerks. Rude and pretty much obnoxious. They overcharged me and didn't care. I don't know who runs this place, but they obviously don't give a crap about customers. As long as they make their quota for the week. I found another place about a half mile away towards town that was about 1/3 the price of Discount Hitch.
Great place to buy accessories.
These guys are terrible. They might be able to put a hitch on your truck, but DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER THERE, even if they say they do trailer repair. Here is a hint guys: - Listen to the customers' problem instead of just "yeah" "ok" etc. They spend a ridiculous amount of time fixing something that wasn't broken. - Try to not smoke dope on the job Brandon, and you're eyes wont be bloodshoot red and glossy all the time. - When you damage the customers items, you should fix it, instead of ignoring it. - Lastly, it would be ni... read more
Brandon is the man! I have had multiple dealings with no issues and I called around and know I saved money. They know hitches and install quickly. I have recommended several friends and coworkers. All happy with no issues.
