A huge thank you to Doug, who quickly answered my call when our air conditioner stopped cooling. I told him I already had an appointment with another company for the next morning. He gave me some tips to check over the phone, despite his busy schedule, and told me to reach back out if I wanted a second opinion. I contacted Discount Heating & Cooling after noticing a leak from our HVAC system. They were able to come out and look at the issue within 24 hours. Doug was super knowledgeable and personable. He knew what he was doing and was easy to talk to. He walked me through the potential issues and showed me what was causing the issue. Pricing was super affordable (and reasonable!). I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend to neighbors.
Joe & Pedro did a fantastic job installing my new Water Heater with a very short notice, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I am very pleased with Discount Heating & their professionalism, I will definitely be using them again in the future & highly recommend them!
My experience with DHC is nothing short of amazing. Doug came out to give me a 2nd opinion after a large company (not to be named) told me I needed a whole new a/c unit to the tune of $11k. Yes. You read that right. Doug checked everything and assured me that my unit was fine and just needed some TLC. He repaired everything and even checked my filters and cleaned them for me. The man saved me over $10k. Don’t shop anywhere else, just use Discount Heating & Cooling and know you’re getting the best service and deal you can!
