Shout out to Discount Glass! While on my from Lakin to Wichita for the birth of my first grand baby, a pheasant took out my windshield. I made a call, and they had a windshield in stock to fit my car. It was late in the day but they stayed and got me in and out quickly and back on the road! I can't thank them enough. That is what I call excellent customer service!
Had an 8 am appointment to replace my windshield and the car was to be ready by 10. Sent my husband to take it. He checked on it before lunch and was told it was done, but it hadn't even been touched yet. It finally went back around 1:30 and he was able to pick it up after asking about it again about 3:30. Wasted his entire day and the only explanation or consolation prize he received was I'm sorry. I'm rating them 1 star for poor customer service.
