When we got there we found out they had 1 chair in waiting room I told them we only had one vehicle so would have to go someplace else The lady got snarky with me which I didn't appreciate. We left, went to Lucas and sons and they put a new windshield in an hour which was a lot faster. I found the lack of a waiting room and the lady's snarky to be in bad taste. I will not would not ever return there.

RecommendedReally nice staff and great service. They didn't have the size windshield I needed, but ordered it for the very next day. I was able to drop off my car before work and pick it up over lunch. I bought my car new and I don't remember the windshield ever being so clear. Extremely pleased with their work.

I did a one star only because I couldn't leave 0. Passing through north of town for work and hit a pheasant, shattering the windshield. Tried this hell hole due to good reviews and local recommendations. Arrived at 11:00 AM and was told they would start on it about 1:00 PM and would take about 2 hours and they would call when done. Walked down to the museum to kill some time and eat lunch. Called at 2 PM and was told that it was in the shop. Walked back at 4:30 PM and the truck was untouched.
