Randy came out to fix our springs very late into the night as his final stop. I'm used to other service providers who come with a bad attitude because they didn't want to be out late into the evening. Randy was fantastic - he was professional and friendly especially with consideration with the extremely late appointment. Please get a second opinion before using these crooks. My door was off track and simply needed to be put back on track. I accidentally backed into it but there was no major damage. I was given two quotes by this tech one for $839.00 and one for $1,081. These prices seemed pretty steep to me, therefore I called overhead door. Overhead door came out and charged me $90.00. Garage door working like new! Call an honest company! This company totally full of it!

Stay away from them as this People have no control over the work done by their technicians. I called this people to repair my garage door. Initially they told me between 10 AM to 1PM. Then around 12:57 I received another call telling me the technician will arrive toward end of my appointment time ! (Really) I called them back again around 1:54 and they couldn't give me any ETA when the technician will be at my place! Aleck was timely, courteous, and professional. He had a thorough knowledge of our current issue as well as recommendations for the future. I felt no pressure for specific services he just did a great job laying out my options for me. All in all a fantastic experience!

I just had Tyler from Discount Garage Doors come out because a cable broke on my garage door and my daughter couldn’t get her car out and she has school tomorrow!! Discount garage door came out so quickly and they did such a fantastic job! Tyler is honest and skilled. I highly recommend them !
