simply great We have been customers for many years. I've had furniture that was late and right on time....doesn't bother me a bit. I will never go anywhere else. The service is great, the prices are amazing and they will bend over backwards to make you happy. I have told friends, and family and more friends. There's nothing like customer service and great prices, coupled with decent quality furniture? I'm happy!
MIXED BAG They have a large selection with a mixed-bag of "qualified" salesmen. Make sure you ask for someone who knows their products if the salesperson you get is "fumbling" around like ours was, it will save you some time. Promises...the product we ordered was not on the floor. If you purchase something at the warehouse (right there in the store) be prepared for next day delivery. Great Service We recently purchased an entertainment center and a roll top desk and we are very happy with the personalized service and the pieces we received. We did not find what we wanted on the floor, so the salesman brought out many catalogs to find exactly what we wanted. He made phone calls to answer our questions and they really worked to make us happy. I highly recommend them.
Happy Customer One of the best kept secrets in all of southern California. I went into Simply Discount Furniture located off the street next to a family fun park in Santa Clarita, Just after I left a known furniture chain store and found the same sofa for almost half the price, not only that they delivered it to my house the same day, I got to say I would recommend anybody looking for furniture to give this store a look.
Great prices This store is basically a large warehouse full of furniture. But is has some of the best prices in town. I have purchased many items from here and have never been disappointed. The customer service is good and the quality of the furniture is good. PROS: Great Prices CONS:
