simply great We have been customers for many years. I've had furniture that was late and right on time....doesn't bother me a bit. I will never go anywhere else. The service is great, the prices are amazing and they will bend over backwards to make you happy. I have told friends, and family and more friends. There's nothing like customer service and great prices, coupled with decent quality furniture? I'm happy!
Unahappy Customer I was told to lie to the insurance company that insured the furniture that I purchased at Simply Discont Furniture in Santa Clarita. The customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. Noah is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I will never shop there again. The price is not worth the poor service!
Simply Discount Furniture is THE BEST PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE Me and my wife have been buying furniture from Simply Discount for more than 10 years, we will only shop here, the quality is great, the service is better than I would expect from a store that sells furniture that cheap. I say save yourself time and money. All my friends and family shop at Simply.
Review simply discount has three locations and they are Very Friendly knowledgeable, and have excellent value. You will not be sorry when you shop there. We have purchased furniture for the homes over the years and have always been satisfied.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to look for a futon at their Lankershim store and asked for some choices. They have a big sign saying that there is a sale going on with no sales tax. I tried to negotiate the price and In return, I got a response from a salesperson that I am not ready to buy and I should get out of the store. When I said that I'd buy and pay no sales tax. Great This place is great. They always have great deals. We originally purchased a dual recliner when they had their sale about a month ago. We also just recently purchased a dining room table and chair set for a great price also. We always deal with Jack when we go there. He is professional, extremely kind, well mannered, and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. We will always return to here for all our furniture purchases.
Happy Customer One of the best kept secrets in all of southern California. I went into Simply Discount Furniture located off the street next to a family fun park in Santa Clarita, Just after I left a known furniture chain store and found the same sofa for almost half the price, not only that they delivered it to my house the same day, I got to say I would recommend anybody looking for furniture to give this store a look.
