Not a happy customer. Yes, they called and came out within the time they said they’d be here, but they didn’t have the proper equipment to analyze the root cause of the problem. They left a huge mess for me to clean up. (See pictures) They were only here for less than an hour. Would not recommend them to do the any job. The only thing they cleaned up was the sanitary tub. They responded fast and treated our issue on Sunday for cheap. They removed the build up in out pipes and everything works well.
We had a sewer backup in our basement that we noticed on Friday at 10:30pm, I called around on Saturday morning and was having trouble finding someone who could get out to us before Monday afternoon. I called this company and they knew what I needed right away and were out to us before 12pm today (Saturday). They were quick, friendly, informative and VERY reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again!
