I would recommend going pretty much any where else but happy dental. when you have an appointment you have to wait an hour before your even called in and anything they have to do takes twice as long as it should. You spend all day at this place so better have nothing else to do. Will definitely be switching to a real dentist office where they take better care for your and you can be out of their quicker than 5 hours for a cleaning.
They are CRIMINALS. After over an hour waiting, and pre-charging for the ofc visit, they tried to extort $975 for treatment I was quoted $400 over the phone for. Liars and crooks. They also destroyed my old loose crown removing it so now I have no tooth until I go to a REAL dentist. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. IGNORE reviews on a site called DemandForce.com, these are fabricated. There is nowhere on the site to actually post a customer review!!!

This place is really bad at service and waiting time. I had an appointment at 2 pm and ended up walking out at 5:30pm. I only need one tooth clean, they have me wait for THREE hours to get ONE tooth clean. They take you to the back and ask you to sign so they can charge your insurance. After you sign off then they just forget about you since insurance is paying them already. Walk-Ins got their teethed cleaned before me which I had appointment. Horrible service. I had an appointment. They delayed my appointment. I asked how long should I wait? She answered me you can leave or keep waiting. It's up to you. Terrible, non professional business management. I will NOT recommend this business to anyone.
Dr Hansen of happy dental is great. He is kind, gentle, and really cares about his patients. His assistant and hygienist, however, are rough and rude. They make you gag, and you are a gagger. They rake your gum with a metal probe or pinch it with a tool, and you have sensitive gums. My kids begged me not to take them back to that office after their last cleaning. This is the best place you can go to. They are very helpful, The front desk help you get in as soon as possible. The back staff is great. Mainly the Dr is so consern about you that he gives you one on one time for any question you can have. They help you get the most out of your insurance and have you pay less than the normal copay. I was quoted almost 900.00 our of pocket for a root canal crown and build up and this is with insurance, At this place I paid 250.00 and made it in 2 payments.
