Doctors are okay but front desk staff are really bad I made my appointment six months and advance and the cancel me one week before my appointment
Dr.Pak and most of his staff is very nice, but being controlled by a larger company you are definitely just a number. I had to wait over 5 wks for my permanent crown due to a mistake on their part when taking my impressions. They couldn’t see me for 2 wks for a new impression. I should have been a priority since it was their mistake. The office isn’t very modern. The chairs are horribly uncomfortable and the front office is very loud! Dr. Pak is always very considerate and gentle with me. He provides a wonderful service. He is well trained and careful. The community is fortunate to have such a good dentist locally. It saves a long trip to Las Vegas.
I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income and had a crown come off that dr pak worked on, since I wasn't someone who pays $100 a month for cleaning he didn't have 20 mins @ 2:45 pm New Years Eve not 5:55 pm to wait and glue the tooth back on. So now I have to go 4 days with a fang for a front tooth, NOW DOES THAT SAY PATIENT CARE OR WHAT? AVOID DR PAK'S OFFICE AND YOU'LL GET A BETTER DENTIST GUARANTEED !!! YOUR NOTHING BUT CATTLE TO HIS OFFICE !
I have never been pushed harder by a dental hygienist (Christine) to up sell costly procedures... "Deep Cleaning" Prescriptions" Etc. This is after x rays and a Dentist examine that were both good. If you feel uncomfortable with service you're receiving WALK OUT. I CAN NOT recommend this Dental Practice because of the hygienist and the BS you'll go through....Dentist is ok. Staff is not.
Had my son's teeth cleaned here, after waiting a long while for an appointment, a long time in the crowded tiny waiting room, and scarce parking. They eventually took X rays & said his teeth were extremely dirty. After a month, my son complains of a toothache in the top rear of his mouth. Today, at another dental office, I see how my son's molar is coming in crooked, causing him pain. I truly think this should've been seen and discussed. I had an injury that knocked out my front tooth crown. My dentist was booked so they sent me here. They charged me 500.00 which I paid that day. My crown was going to take 3 weeks to come in and they put this horrible yellow excuse for a temporary crown on my front tooth. It didn't even look like a tooth. I came in 3 wks later for the permanent crown and it didn't match by like 4 shades, it didnt fit and didn't look like a tooth. They were going to send it back. Whatever you do, do NOT have a crown or bridge done here. My bridge was installed and within a few months I had pain under the supporting molar. They said it will take up to 6 months to subside (a stall tactic to eat into the 1 yr. warranty).. It did not. They ordered a root canal almost a year later and this resulted in the bridge cracking. They have not made any effort to replace it or come up with a solution despite many calls. A Crown I had done already displays an exposed hole in it only after 6 months. If you are a Cul... read more
