I ordered a computer and two monitors from them with their standard 3 business day shipping. 12 days later I finally reached them and was told that the storm kept them out of the office but he was sorry and he would try to get it shipped that day. They next day I received an VM and tech to call them again. This is when I was informed that the price that they put on their website was incorrect and they would not honor their mistake unless I paid over $200 more for my purchase which was a total of $250. Purchased a refurbished computer from Discount Computer Depot and I had some issues with a 3rd monitor working. We tried all kinds of things to get it to work, and in the end they did all they could and sent me a replacement tower that had the needed ports working to have 3 monitors. Great customer service and they stood by the product though it took a few weeks to get all the issues resolved. I will buy another computer from them without a doubt !

I highly highly highly recommend this company for any IBOs Agent Douglas was a tremendous help and very efficient.... my next desktop are most definitely coming from them 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Please don't purchase from this company as it is by far the worst ever. I ordered a specific Dell Desktop from them, they sent out a damaged tower (not functioning whatsoever) after a week of constantly calling, I was finally able to get a hold of them to try to get this solved. Which they stated that they would send me a new one asap, about almost 2 weeks later I finally received it. You'll pay for a Dell, you'll get a HP, with a Dell screen, and Lenovo Keyboard. I ordered a new desktop computer and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Edgar was really nice and he offered me a refund. I really wanted the item so I didn't get a refund. That is great business. Thank you Edgar.

I will never ever for as long as I live order ANYTHING else from Discount Computer Depot. I originally placed my order on April 24, 2020 for Dell Optiplex Windows 10 Desktop with dual 22” monitors. I received a confirmation email for my purchase. I checked the site daily to see if my computer had been shipped. On Wednesday April 29, 2020 it showed shipped, no email was sent with tracking information. I used the chat feature on their website to ask about the tracking number.
