At the end of 2023, I purchased a Dell Laptop Latitude from Discount Computer Depot for nearly $300.00, I was not working, and I did not want to pay for a new computer at the time. My experience dealing with DiscountComputerDepot was exceptional. When I received the computer and the audio did not work I notified the customer service department and they replaced it with a faster computer with more memory. They paid for the shipping. Mike their customer service manager was knowledgeable, polite and very accommodating. I have read many of the negative reviews on this site and the BBB and I am convinced a lot of them have over reacted and misdirected blame. One of the most disorganized business I ever dealt with. I ordered first one from them a few years ago. It was a cheap laptop and it worked out ok. Second one I ordered started malfunctioning after first month. I sent it back for repair. They sent back a wrong computer. In the end they fixed the situation. I bought a computer July 6th. DVD has failed to replace or repair it. A manager just called and threatened me after I had Wakmart (who I purchaed it through) call DCD and inquire about my defective computer. No company that has failed to replace its defective product should threated customers! Give Discount Computer Depot MINUS 500 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a PC and monitor from them. When they both arrived I saw the computer already had shipped with a monitor which It really didn't say it would. Not really complaining since I got a monitor in the end. However the pc would keep crashing I called and mat was very helpful and sent me a upgraded PC after I sent back the original. The updated one is working perfectly

negative 5 stars. I ordered a computer and two monitors from them with their standard 3 business day shipping. 12 days later I finally reached them and was told that the storm kept them out of the office but he was sorry and he would try to get it shipped that day. They next day I received an VM and tech to call them again. This is when I was informed that the price that they put on their website was incorrect and they would not honor their mistake unless I paid over $200 more for my purchase which was a total of $250. Purchased a refurbished computer from Discount Computer Depot and I had some issues with a 3rd monitor working. We tried all kinds of things to get it to work, and in the end they did all they could and sent me a replacement tower that had the needed ports working to have 3 monitors. Great customer service and they stood by the product though it took a few weeks to get all the issues resolved. I will buy another computer from them without a doubt !
