We bought transmission here and the mechanic back home tried to install the piece and it was not working. We tried to return or exchange the piece and they said no and that we had to bring the car in to get serviced there so they themselves could extract the part. Personnel was very rude and discriminating toward us because we are Mexican and towards me because I’m a woman. Personnel sells crappy parts and do not stand behind their warranty. They didn’t even return our deposit fee.

HORRIBLE servicio al cliente de parte de JERRY LOPEZ el señor muy GROSERO con nosotros le preguntamos si había alguna otra persona que nos pudiera atender y nos dijo que no cuando había muchos trabajadores solo había tres clientes y el nos dijo que hasta dentro de 45 minutos nos iba a atender ya que el señor estaba hablando por su celular muy lamentable ese trato hacia las personas
