poor customer service not taking care of vehicles when in their custody and not wanting to rectify when an accident happens
I had to be towed to a mechanic and most of them were closing at 5. Luckily Discount Auto and Tires was open until 7. They got me in quickly and the repair didn't break the bank. Also gave me a print out of my recalls. Great customer service, will be back.
My AC went out in my car yesterday in this 100 degree heat. 😰 I brought the car to them at 5 p.m., they checked it out and gave me a quote and I approved it. At 7:15 a.m. the next morning I got a text telling me the car was fixed and ready to go. Now my car blows nice and cold AC! 😁❄️ I'm a happy girl!
