Are you kidding me 388. 00 for 2 hours of service parts were covererd under warranty. labor wasnt thats 198.00 an hour . some DISICOUNT this was on a new air conditioner, heating unit. ,that had to be repaired previously. which means there quality of sevice is far below standard . Having to repair the A/C in the summer and heater in the winter, shows workmanship and quality equipment there selling

Our master bedroom a/c unit failed to blow cold air and our home warranty company sent us to Discount Air. They missed their first appointment but showed-up promptly the next day. Serviceman was excellent...knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. They tested the master bedroom unit and gave it a charge - works great now. Also tested the other a/c unit and gave it a thumbs-up. The guys were in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed.
