I am writing this review to acknowledge the outstanding technical knowledge & customer service of Discount Air technician Danny . He went above and beyond to correct our situation and make things right . In dealing with Discount, he will always be the tech that I will insist on.
Excellent service! I've used them for my air conditioner for 15 years for yearly maintenance and repair and replacement as needed. Professional/knowledgeable/reasonable pricing Just had a new air conditioner installed and am very happy with the service and communication Highly recommended
Our 20 year old system was having issues and Alex was able to come out the next morning. He replaced some parts and got it running again for a reasonable price in a few hours. Great company to work with and I’ll be using them when we need a new one someday.
They came out to quote me a new AC install. The tech was great, he first inspected our system and offered some suggestions on how to keep maintaining it. We decide on installing a new unit and they came out the next week and swapped out the whole system in 3 hours. The owner came out the next day to double check a few things and made sure the system was running at peak efficiency. They were competitively priced, and easy to work with. The install was quick and crew professional.
