It's a bit of a drive for me but heard it would be worth it, and ... it is! They call our son back in a very timely manner and their system seems so streamlined that we are in and out in no time. AND if it does tale longer, there are games, music and popcorn, tea or coffee; way to go! Worth the Drive!!
I first met with Dr.Terry Dischinger, Dr. Bill Dischinger's father and he put braces on our entire family. Just wonder service and people! I contacted the office again for my granddaughter. My daughter can't stop talking about or sharing stories of her visits to Dr. Bill. She loves her braces so much and is encouraged to be self motivated in taking responsibility for the care of and outcome of her treatment plan. My son even asked if he could get braces although he doesn't need them! I love taking my son to Dischinger for is ortho, always with a smile on there faces to greeting you even early in the morning.
We have been very happy with the care Ella received at this office. Her teeth are beautiful and straight and Ella is thrilled! The staff is always friendly and the kids like going to the orthodontist!
Our dog ate my son's retainer. No joke. Every Dischinger staff member we interacted with--from the front desk to the technician--didn't bat an eye and was very accommodating. They provided us with a new retainer in less than a week. Zero guilt trips :) Thank you!
Wonderful experience as usual! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. We are starting the process again with our 4th kid and won't go anywhere else.
