Very helpful very polite
I will definitely be doing business with them again I called the Kentwood location and they didn't have what I was looking for but they told me to give the Grandville location to call and when I did so they were polite they had what I was looking for and they were willing to put decide for me until I got there and I love that service the staff was very helpful and I just overall liked the vibe of the store

Came here searching for a very specific game. Found one copy thanks to Caleb who also helped me try to find the case. Unfortunately they didn’t have the case but Caleb was really helpful and made it a very positive experience. I will definitely be back
